Which countries do you ship too?

We deliver worldwide! However, our couriers are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, French Southern Territories, Grenada, Haiti, Heard & McDonald Islands, India, Lebanon, Nigeria, North Korea, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Romania, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Togo, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela.

For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise your delivery will not be successful.

Do I need to sign for my order?

To ensure the safest delivery we send all UK shipments on fully tracked + signed services, so you will be required to sign for your parcel. Should you not be home to sign for it, you will be able to re-arrange your delivery to a better time or collect from your local depot.
 

How do I return my Rencie Santos jewellery?

We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you. If it isn't quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons. All UK purchases have free returns, all you need to do is email us quoting your order number and we will email you a free returns label and further instructions to complete your return. All international returns can be sent back within 30 days of arriving with you - unfortunately the delivery is not free of charge at the moment, but we are working on it! We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days (upon receiving your return).
 

How will the UK leaving the EU effect my delivery?

We’ve made important changes to our delivery terms to reduce delays where possible. Please note there may still be delays to countries in the EU, due to ongoing changes taking place in customs. Unfortunately, these issues will continue until further negotiations have been made. We’re monitoring the situation carefully and we will update you here when we have more information. In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact us we always love to hear from you (whatever your query!)
 

Will I be charged duties and taxes if I live outside the UK?

If you are based in Europe, you may find you’ve had to pay extra in duties when your delivery arrives due to recent changes post-Brexit. Our team is working hard to prevent this from happening, however if you have been charged more we’re very happy to arrange a refund, simply contact us and we’ll get this sorted for you.

ISLAS Delivery and Returns

Royal Mail Standard (3-5 Working Days) - £1.99 for orders £20 and under.

 

FREE Delivery for orders over £25

Royal Mail Express (1-2 Working Days) - £4.99

All or part of your orders can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods returned if you do not want to exchange the order for a different scent.

​

Please ensure you return the item as you received it in its original packaging. 

​

Please send us an email and we will send you the return address.

 

Please ensure that if you are returning something to us, you take reasonable care of it when it's with you and always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate from the post office when posting items to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected).

 

We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.

Damaged or Faulty Candles

​

We take pride in our hand crafted high quality candles and package them in the safest condition for shipping, in the rare circumstance you receive a damaged or faulty candle please contact us immediately. 

 

All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the candle in the original packaging.  If possible please include pictures of the damage when you received it to expedite the process.
